The Consultancy has provided strategic advice to the owners of Chequers Court Shopping Centre, Huntingdon.

The original Shopping Centre was constructed in 1960. Since then the Centre has been transformed through redevelopment and careful selection of tenants to ensure a sustainable tenant mix.
The Zone A rents have increased from £15.00 to £50.00 and the shopping centre continues to perform strongly.

A Strategic Business Plan for this project has been carefully monitored and reviewed to produce the enhanced asset as illustrated in the before and after photographs.
