Project Case Study

The Consultancy has provided strategic advice to the owners of a greenfield site in Colchester.

The Consultancy is advising the owner on the development prospects for a site known as Stane Retail Park, Stanway which has been allocated for commercial development. We continue to advise on planning, highway and development matters for the site, and we are delighted to confirm  the 5 acre leisure quarter, is now completed and is home to McMullens, , Nandos’, Starbucks and KFC.

A planning application for the 15 acre area of Stane Retail Park has been approved by Colchester Borough Council, and will include B&Q, Aldi, and M&S Food Hall and conversations are ongoing with other homeware operators.

 Designed by leading architects Corstorphine + Wright the scheme will be modern and contemporary in style whilst fitting into and complementing its surroundings. Careful consideration has been given to the landscaping to enhance its appearance.
